Your Therapeutic Touch session includes 30 minutes of HydroMassage with flexible scheduling to maximize your relaxation:
Before: Use the 30 minutes beforehand to warm up muscles and relax your mind.
After: Enjoy the 30 minutes afterward to deepen your sense of calm and relief.
Split Session: Choose to enjoy 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the energetic work for a continuous relaxation experience.
